3 – Cumulative Knowledge

Although you are obviously the age that you are you also have in you, all of the ‘previous’ ages.

You at 47 years old, also ‘includes’ you at 46, 45, 44 etc.
Your cumulative learnings, your cumulative experiences,
your understandings.

You are more than the individual parts.
You are the result of the cumulative of all of this,
over all of your lifetime.

Accept that you have those cumulative experiences and you’ll change your whole outlook.
