Well there’s a more important part to this:
                   FOLLOW UP.

People are full of good will & good intentions,
and they also live a full life.
All too often their life gets in the way of your needs, so to speak.

Polite but firm follow up makes ALL the difference!
(Figure out a way to follow up on yourself too!)
