yet extremely informative,
and well worth reading!
Just look for the adjectives.
They tell the tale:
* in ‘neutral’ news items on Radio, TV, Internet
* what people say about themselves and others.
“A horrible tragedy occurred again today…”
“Someone died.” is not as manipulating exciting.
“Global warming…”
“Current temperature variations” is boring.
Adjectives clearly show how you are being manipulated.
How they want you to think.
Simple, but very informative!

Is killing never good / always bad?
The real life answer is … Sometimes.
Killing is never good:
A terrorist in a crowd, wired with a bomb that can kill many, many people.
He must be killed to prevent that from happening.
Do you save an unwed mother or her baby… or let them both die?
Tell-the-truth is always good:
Am I fat? Am I ugly? Are we almost there? Will it Hurt? etc.
Ok, so?
You can dramatically speed up your personal growth /progress by actively converting Always – Never into Sometimes.
Start with one – just one – situation and make Never become Almost Never (aka Sometimes)
or make Always become Almost Always (aka: Sometimes)
This really sets a tone in your mind that now allows consideration where before this no consideration was even thought relevant.
In this ever rapidly changing world previous Always and Never may simply not apply.

]]>Fusion means to join, become part of.
So to be in Confusion means to not be able to join the new part with the old.
The ‘old’ is everything you have ever seen /heard /done.
It has formed a bunch of conclusions.
When the new input does not fuse /join the old it simply means you have drawn the wrong conclusions and now is the time for review.
If you live with a faulty conclusion you will act accordingly. ie: Faulty.
Confusion is good because it points to a specific place to change /improve yourself.
Do this each time you get confused and one day you will look back and wow yourself.

Any more than stairs that only go up.
Or Uphill without Downhill. /
Ok, so?
We usually interpret what people say /do in just One Way.
And re-enforce our conclusions, once again.
Which is fine, …unless things are not working as well as you wish with that person /job /situation.
That is when you remind yourself that there is no such thing as a One-Way … anything!
Look at the other way, the other interpretation and don’t be surprised if you are the one who changes your self.
Less than a minute to read this, however you need to try it on virtually everything and everyone for 3 or 4 days to get real results.
My wife says she is going to try it on me and what I do /say. (!)

Obvious:
A large steak that’s medium in taste or a smaller one, excellent in taste.
Not so Obvious:
I stay home most evenings and recite to my children.
“No, you can’t.” “Be careful.” “Better safe than sorry.” etc.
Or, because of my efforts and resulting self-improvement, I’m home less often but then say to my children “Try it and see what happens.” “You never know until you give it your best shot.” And so on.
There is a relationship between Quantity and Diversity.
Eat so much you finally fill the stomach cavity.
Or eat such diversity you finally fill the mental need for variety.
Combine all this and you finally have the time and quality you need.
Hard to do. Needs thinking. But worth it!

]]>This causes Green.
What if Green is unacceptable?
How do you change Green?
Hmmm, well, first thing is not to alter what is acceptable: Yellow & Blue.
Sooo, what to do?
Look for the advantage you do get from this unwanted situation /problem.
Don’t judge!
Advantage: something you would not give yourself, but now that you have it, are glad it’s there.
Bad cold? = Stay home /rest.
Simply give yourself that advantage. (sic: stay home)
I know, I know, the only reason you can allow yourself that advantage is because you have “no choice”.
Otherwise you would be ‘wrong’.
Oh, do you know another /better way to get rid of a problem you just can’t seem to get rid of?
Why not try this. It truly works!

How about
3 Inter-dependent
You don’t have to be 1 because you think:
If I’m not 1 my only option is 2
There is a third, all inclusive option:
Obedience or else Anarchy? 3 Participation
Competition or else Defeat? 3 Co-operation
Hard Work or else Idleness? 3 Rewarding Work
Told How or else Ignorance? 3 Learn How
Fear of Errors or else Errors? 3 Exploration
Puritanism or Debauchery? 3 Sensualism
Spiritualism or Materialism? 3 Humanism
Production or Consumption? 3 Trading
Now that you know, relax and let it happen.
Which it does automatically, …when you allow it to.

Everything reaches a limit, then automatically becomes its opposite. Seems unfair. You worked so hard at this, and then It turns around and bites you. Review what is actually going on rather than continue what you think is the ‘right’ thing to do /be. Because you’re right, either way. Little did they know that both my company and their new company share the same supplier. Remember your point of view is not necessarily the one others see. That’s exactly how companies get it wrong.
