How does one find good help?

I wonder why they don’t fire him /her.

Ignore your first 20 years which are mostly for your own growth.

Age 21 on really starts your years of experience.

Ok, so?

Well if you’re 45 and hire someone who’s 25, you’re not quite twice their age…

yet you have 25 years experience compared to their 5.

You have 5 times more experience than them.

Same if you’re 55 and hire a 35 year old.

You have 35 years experience to their 15.

More than twice as much.

It isn’t harder and harder to ‘find’ people who are competent.

It just seems so.

Because you unconsciously compare your current self to them.

Stop expecting ‘a lot’ from someone who simply does not have your experience.

And then no matter how they reply, just repeat.

More like “I hurt because of this.”

There is no defense when no one attacks.

And if you send a Me Message you are NOT attacking.

You are not even defending — which is a form of attack.

You simply state your feelings of hurt. Period.

Is God someone who ‘needs’?

Because, if you need something, you obviously lack it in you.

And have a desire to get it. And a willingness to negotiate.

“I promise to adore you every week for one year IF you make my son well.”

Also, why would He need to trade what He can so easily give with a wave of His hand?

Billionaires set up foundations to GIVE away their money, because they have so very much of it. They simply want to know that it’s not going just anywhere. That would be throwing it away. Yet there is no Barter, no trade, just a one-way thing.

They give, you get. Period.

Presumably God has an abundance of, well, everything!

So why does it seem normal to have to ‘trade’ instead of just ask.

After all, they know best. Years and years of experience, etc.

Their economy is growing 3 times faster than almost all other economies.

Sure they are approximately at our 1960 level.

But at 3 times the speed, each 10 years they grow 30 years.

The parents are the baby sitters for their children’s child.

And teach the child the old, proven, reliable ways of thought and action.

By the time the child reaches 20 years old, 60 years of economic growth will have happened.

When you think of how long ago the parents learned their learnings…

You are looking at a family disaster (or ‘revolution’) in the near future.

Obvious to you and me.

Yet how hard are you trying to do the very same thing to your family?
