I’ve thought many times how do I thank you and Bob for all the valuable experiences and training your direct sales company, Weekenders gave me. Lots of personal growth, how to motivate others, team building experiences with recognition and lots of FUN!
I thought I’d Google your name and there you were. Do you remember telling us to always give yourself a GOLD STAR.
Some might think that’s an insignificant way to show recognition. I can tell you it works in big ways! Especially at monthly meetings when your team has a monthly goal. It’s a big deal when their name is called out with 30 other businesses sitting around the table and they get to add a big gold star on their name plate that sits on a board room table. I’ve learned and personally grown a lot through my experiences. Working with a team takes a vision, leadership, goals, training, creativity, and recognition. Have FUN and the GOALS will follow! Direct sales is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you for all your gold nuggets at manager training’s and the unique and special times the company provided everyone.
