Those are the two things that can happen when something unwanted occurs.
It’s not my fault because…
means I can do nothing to change this from happening again.
I think this is where it went wrong…
means I’ll remember that, next time.
It seems less bad for me when I blame someone/something else.
That way I justify myself.
And almost convince myself that I am right.
But still don’t get it done.
Those who truly understand are impressed when you explore and
explain what went wrong, even if it was you who somehow caused it.
Now they are sure you will not repeat that again.
So to become more effective, stop justifying
and learn.
