Ever do anything you then regretted?
So, why did you do it?
Because you did not know you would regret it.
Because you did not have the experience.
So you could not know you would then regret it.
Which means you learned something.
How does one learn anything?
By doing.
Then, the odd time you look back and Regret, say “Look what I have learned here.
I did not know this. Now I do.”
‘I learned’ rather than ‘I regret.’
Because, truly there are no regrets.
Or errors, or mistakes, or…
Again, if you actually knew, you would not have done that.
So they are all learnings.
No Regrets.
