Seeds need Dark to grow … for a time.
Then the very darkness will kill them.
Your body has a circadian rhythm, whether you want it or not!
OK, so?
Simple things are even better when you take into account time and timing:
* Injections before noon hurt less or not at all.
* Complex tasks are easier around 10 AM
* Allergen skin tests negative in the morning and often positive in the afternoon.
* Take ulcer medicine in the evening.
* Visit a sick friend after 9 pm if possible.
* High blood pressure drugs are ideally taken before bedtime.
Now that you are aware of the influence of time, take the time to look up whatever is important to you and factor in the time.
Remember:
Life has no Remote
You must change it yourself.

Good one. I am sharp in the morning and dull after 2PM. I try to do all my research and writing before 2.
