Think of a time (as far back as you can!) when you fell or hurt yourself.
- How old were you? (Play the game!)
- Were you alone?
- Was it daytime or nighttime?
- Were you ‘going to’ something, ‘at’ something, or ‘coming back’ from something?
You remember!
Yet at that time you certainly didn’t think you were recording.
OK. So?
When you talk to /program yourself, you do for, what, a few minutes a day?
Half an hour? A full hour of meditation?
What about the other 23 hours?
Your self is listening 24/7.
Everything is recorded, automatically.
So you end up with 1 hour (at best!) of ‘good stuff’ and 23 hours of “I hope that works”
That’s why you don’t have what you ask for.
How to solve this.
Your mind is a genius at recognizing patterns.
Send the same message every day, at the same time of day, for 21 days (ideally 90 days). Your mind will spot the pattern and act on it.
