\nLook at ‘real’ people who actually<\/strong> experience these emotions.
\nBut NOT actors.
\nLook at television news broadcasts that show real<\/em><\/strong> footage from places where some sort of victory (Sports, Wedding etc.) or tragedy (War, Flood etc.) is happening.
\nDetermine what emotion that person is experiencing, then say to yourself: THAT is exactly how a person expressing that<\/em> emotion looks like.
\nAnd make a strong mental note to yourself.<\/p>\n
\nSoon you ‘glance’ at someone for only a second and know exactly<\/em><\/strong> how they feel about something.
\nVery useful in boardrooms, sales, boy \/girl-friend situations etc. don’t you think?<\/p>\n
