Here is a technique I find very useful for me.<\/p>\n

I created three ‘voices’ in my head:<\/p>\n

Voice 1 always tries to agree with me<\/p>\n

Voice 2 tries to never<\/span> agree.<\/p>\n

Voice 3 is the contrary one.<\/p>\n

So if \u00a0— at noon — I make a strong<\/span> statement “It is daytime now.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Voice 1 says “Yes, of course.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Voice 2 says “Yes.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Voice 3 says “In some parts of the world only.”<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And, if \u00a0— at noon — I say “It is night<\/strong> now.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Voice 1 says “No.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Voice 2 says “No.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Voice 3 says “In some parts of the world only.”<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This works very well when I am not sure of what my decision should be.<\/p>\n

I simply make a strong<\/span> statement and then listen.<\/p>\n

Having\u00a0Three Voices, each with their particular point-of-view, almost always gives me insight and clarifies the situation.<\/p>\n
