As You Think…<\/em><\/p>\n So You Become <\/em>is the rest.<\/p>\n How many times have you heard this in your life?<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n Ok, so?<\/p>\n Well, I got it wrong.<\/p>\n I used to think “If that’s so, when I was a teenager how come I didn’t Become<\/em> a girl?”<\/p>\n I sure was thinking about them enough!<\/em><\/p>\n  <\/p>\n Yet, when I did think of ‘girls’ my physical<\/strong>\u00a0automatically acted exactly<\/span> as I was thinking.<\/p>\n And many times…\u00a0very<\/em> obviously so!<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n You can also worry yourself into a physical<\/strong> ‘state’:<\/p>\n Nervous, can’t sleep, etc.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n These are very physical<\/strong> effects that are a DIRECT result of thought.<\/p>\n Direct.<\/p>\n YOUR thoughts.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n The cumulative is what you now ‘enjoy’ …and this\u00a0will\u00a0continue<\/span> to\u00a0physically happen.<\/p>\n Good or bad.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n You can’t change the guaranteed physical<\/strong> result, but you can:<\/p>\n * Stop thinking like that. Good Luck!<\/em><\/p>\n * Do something else for a more positive effect on your body:<\/p>\n Read a book<\/p>\n Watch a movie<\/p>\n Talk to someone<\/p>\n etc.<\/p>\n Go for a walk…\u00a0will not<\/strong> work because you could still think about, whatever.<\/p>\n  <\/p>\n It’s your body.
