with super personal updates “I just went to the store…”<\/em><\/p>\n

LinkedIn too… Until they make it more universal.<\/p>\n

aka: impersonal,\u00a0like school: Sit down, be quiet and memorize this data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

OK, so?<\/p>\n

Well is your resume just memorized recitals of previous data?<\/p>\n

Or more like Kitchen Table.<\/p>\n

Just include what you learned while at each job.<\/p>\n

Bingo! Kitchen Table.<\/p>\n

(If you read resumes, you know what a bonus this is.)<\/p>\n

Date ‘hunt’ starts at the local meeting place \/bar \/dance, etc.<\/p>\n

After a bit of ritual the clever ones go into Kitchen Table speak.<\/p>\n

And usually end up with a date.<\/p>\n

Look around and see where you can add more Kitchen Table.<\/p>\n
