A person has multi facets.<\/p>\n

Think of a cog wheel.<\/p>\n

All those cogs represent different subjects in that person\u2019s life.<\/p>\n

And when two people meet they interact \/intermesh. Yet only some cogs fully intermesh. Some just touch. And some are on opposite sides.<\/p>\n

My need for business fulfillment won\u2019t happen from my interactions with my wife or children. My need for family is not fulfilled by my appreciation of sports. And so on.<\/p>\n

My wife and I have decided to reinterpret our selves as Husband & Wife.<\/p>\n

Now our definitions are:<\/p>\n

A wife is a ‘Melanie’<\/p>\n

And<\/p>\n

A husband is a ‘George’.<\/p>\n

And a George \/Melanie is an ever-changing relationship.<\/p>\n

We no longer expect everything must come from a single person \/source.<\/p>\n

(Annnd, we no longer \u2018fight\u2019 as much!)<\/p>\n
