It\u2019s exactly the same thing when you take all<\/strong> of your thoughts that you could think on any one subject that is worrying you, and start imagining all those things all-at-once<\/em><\/strong>. All your debts, all your worries about a family member, all, \u2026well you get it.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be surprised if you end up depressed, with a headache, low, discouraged, demoralized, etc.<\/p>\n

How did<\/em><\/strong> you think you would end up if you did all of that all-at-once<\/em><\/strong>? Happy? Pleased? Relaxed?<\/p>\n

Time prevents everything from happening at once.<\/p>\n

Stop eliminating time: change the subject, fix a certain hour \/time to bring these things to mind.<\/p>\n
