And I really<\/em> needed some!<\/p>\n

I put $8 worth in my tank and went to pay.<\/p>\n

The all-night guy was busy reading something.<\/p>\n

I placed a $10 bill on the counter and he gave me back $12.<\/p>\n

He thought I had given him a $20 bill.<\/p>\n

He thanked me and commented on how nice I was for dong this.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you are always short there\u2019s no profit in staying open all night and then where do I go.\u201d<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not nice, I\u2019m selfish.<\/p>\n

I hold the door open because you have parcels and I don\u2019t. Not because I am nice.<\/p>\n
