We all go through these steps and in this order:<\/p>\n

1<\/span>. <\/strong>Un-conscious In-competence<\/strong><\/p>\n

You don\u2019t know that there is something to which you don\u2019t know how \/what to do.<\/p>\n

As a baby you are not aware of your shoes, your shoe laces, and the fact that you <\/em>can\u2019t<\/em><\/strong> tie them.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. Conscious<\/em><\/strong> In-competence<\/strong><\/p>\n

You become aware there is something to which you don\u2019t know what \/how to do.<\/p>\n

You now realize you have shoes and realize you don\u2019t know how to tie the laces.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. Conscious <\/strong>Competence<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

You learn to do whatever it is.<\/p>\n

Tongue in cheek you concentrate very hard and after trial and error you succeed in tying them.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. Unconscious<\/em><\/strong> Competence<\/strong><\/p>\n

You don\u2019t pay any attention to whatever you are doing and you can do it.<\/p>\n

You tie your shoelaces without even thinking about it.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Translation:<\/p>\n

1. Ignorance is bliss.<\/p>\n

2. Source of encouragement<\/em><\/strong>. Now you know there\u2019s something you never knew. At least you are now aware of it.<\/p>\n

3. Source of self confidence<\/strong>. See, I can do it. I can learn. Etc.<\/p>\n

4. Source of nothing. Talent lives here. You \u2018automatically\u2019\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To increase your self confidence bring #4 into # 3 and look.<\/p>\n

And see that you do actually know what to do in these situations.<\/p>\n

Not \u201cPhew, somehow I pulled that off. Again.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bringing \u00a0#4 into # 3 will<\/strong> increase your self confidence.<\/p>\n
