Some at doing the middle<\/strong> stuff that makes it run. Continues it.<\/p>\n

Others can ‘end<\/strong>‘ things. Fire people. Close shop. Say no.<\/p>\n

So why say this?<\/p>\n

Because you try to do what you are NOT good at doing.<\/p>\n

And that’s where you get into trouble. Or get a bad reputation.<\/p>\n

Or fail.<\/p>\n

Change things to reflect what you are<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And ease everything for yourself, and others.<\/p>\n
