When I go to a movie I allow this ‘External Illusion’ to dominate me.<\/p>\n

I laugh, cry, etc.<\/p>\n

After, I might even comment on it with friends.<\/p>\n

For a time.<\/p>\n

But I know this ‘External Illusion’ is not my reality.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Just like a movie,<\/p>\n

dramas are created by others (family, friends)<\/em> over a great deal of time<\/p>\n

and presented to me all-at-once.<\/p>\n

And while I am with them, I allow this ‘External Illusion’ to dominate me.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

However, sometimes we ourselves create a drama\/movie over time<\/p>\n

and externalize it as if it was not<\/strong> created by self.<\/p>\n

We see it as “other” than our own creation, and therefore almost impossible to change.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If it’s mine, I can always change it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Time to accept response-ability for your own creation(s).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
