False Evidence Appearing Real
How many times have your fears actually happened?
Not come close, or almost, but actually!
I’m willing to bet: Almost never.
Once every couple of years, if that!
Ah, where would we be if we didn’t have F.E.A.R. to keep us in place.
Why, we would be ‘out-of-control’.
So we firmly install and maintain F.E.A.R.
The policeman almost gave me a ticket.
The Boss almost caught me.
A quick mental list of your F.E.A.R. shows you whether they’re Physically, Mentally or Emotionally based. (Hmmm, a ‘pattern’ emerges.)
You can’t fear the unknown.
So you create something and then proceed to F.E.A.R. that.
Next time, ask yourself is this real or just me creating F.E.A.R.
Then act accordingly.
