or

Everything is forbidden, unless specifically allowed.

Let’s go to this restaurant tonight.

“We didn’t make a reservation.”

We need a new form.

Why not just make one?

We probably shouldn’t.

OR

I made a new form.

Are you authorized to do that?

I have no idea, but we need one.

In the entrepreneur world, Everything is allowed unless forbidden.

In the corporate world, Nothing is allowed without specific permission.
