Mental = Solving problem’s as if they were yours.
A friend and I would always try to ‘improve’ the restaurant while we waited in line.
(Hmmm, maybe if they cleared the tables faster, or presented the bill faster, etc.)
Carefully write an email / Facebook comment / report as if it were very important.
And so on.
Your physical Body Language actually changes and you look /broadcast more & more confidence.
This is very attractive when you meet new people, are interviewed or evaluated for a promotion, etc.
Some people do Mental Pushups & Sit-ups automatically.
