Crazy = when you repeat the same things over and over, yet expect Different results.

It’s trying Different things /approaches that produces different results.

We want things to change without doing anything Different to make it so.

You’re Crazy if you think things change without you doing something Different.

Choose some thing or situation you want changed. (Family too!)

Do something Different than you normally do.

And watch your actions produce different results.

Isn’t it somewhat of a burden to have to constantly reassure someone who always seems uncertain even in something they have been doing all their life.

I hate my job /personal partner, etc.

Then change it.

I can’t. I am not sure I would end up better.

What if the company closes /partner leaves you, etc.

Does this mean you are never, ever going to get another job /partner. Ever?

Well, no. Somehow I have to get another job /partner.

And you do. Sooner or later.

OK, so?

You forget that you are the one who solves the problem.

You get the job /meet the person.

Again, so…

Why wait?

To live with unhappiness is far worse than to change your situation.

And

Taking care of yourself before you „have to“ gives you more options.
