A most unusual thing you do in life is, … read a book!
Think about it. Once written, a book never changes.
It’s essentially a series of shapes/letters, each with a pre-agreed meaning, arrayed in a specific sequence. You look at the sequence and then process it in your brain, your mind, your self.
Ok, so?
The letters do not change. Do not move.
They always exist in the same spaces and at the same time in relation to each other.
Yet they literally change your life.
Shapes laid down by someone you never met cause change in ways possibly never imagined by either the author or the reader.
So, as you read a non-moving, non-changing ‘book’…
You obviously are the one doing the moving and the changing.
