Group A actually shot baskets.
They physically stood there and practiced shooting Basketballs.
Group B also stood there but they only
imagined / thought / visualized / pretended
to shoot baskets.
Group C stood there and did nothing.
Groups A & B improved almost equally (!)
Group C did not improve.
Ok, so?
Everything operates this way.
Always.
Each time you think (see yourself) succeeding
at a specific task / hobby / sport
you actually, in-fact, physically/mentally improve.
Remember Group B.
Of course if you see yourself not succeeding…
