You breathe on one side of your nose ‘more’ than the other for about 4 hours.
Then you switch sides. (Richard Kayser… 1895!)
That’s why you turn in your sleep.
Ok, so?
Well, this favors one side of your brain over the other for that time period.
So if you have trouble getting a solution to a problem /situation then stop…
For a couple of hours.
Then try again.
By then you will have switched sides and the other part of your brain will be dominant.
Usually that solves it.
(Or just stubbornly persist for those same hours and get it anyways.)
If not, wait for a day or so. (See # 137)
That way your mind has cycled through several switches.
As simple as Breathing!
