Each molecule (thought) has two sides to it.
One is labeled North (Yes I can)
the other South (No I can’t)
Magnetism occurs (You become effective)
when a lot of the North sides (Yes I can) align
and
with nothing to cancel their energy, it cumulates and a manifestation occurs that is easily measurable.
That’s exactly how you get results (make money, cause effect, etc.) in every single thing you do.
Everything.
Including those things you successfully ‚align‘ yourself to not succeed at.
Successfully.
Ok, so?
It’s just a matter of synchronizing your thoughts one way or the other…
why not do it such that you actually do it.
Think about it!
In my personal view # 41 Elephants is truly encouraging to understand this.

]]>Eleven were started at exactly the same time. Tick.
One was started (Tick) when the others were at Tock.
Everyone left the room.
Soon the one somehow altered (adjusted?) itself (!)
Then all twelve were in sync. In resonance.
OK, so?
The dominance of your thoughts in any one subject literally causes other thoughts
in that same subject to alter /adjust such that they become in sync with the majority.
After all, if grandfather clocks can and do adjust themselves automatically…
You can, and do this yourself. Automatically.
Again, so?
Well, if you continuously think that it’s not possible, not true, not so, etc.
Then you disturb the automatic mechanism. You didn’t leave the room.
Leave the room.
Too easy?
Those below are specifically chosen to help you understand this phenomena.

]]>Stop Nicotine input quickly and your body now has an excess of … anti-nicotine.
Which causes a yearning for nicotine. And makes it hard-to-quit.
OK, so?
It’s your Compensations that force you on, that cause you to continue.
NOT the original (usually external) stimulation.
You think the thing /habit you want to change is ’stronger‘ than you.
Not so. YOU are that very resistance.
Now you know what to change. You (!)
and why it’s so hard to do so.

]]>If the wind blows North and you want to go South you must work at it.
You must adjust the sail to basically zig – zag your way.
And complain about your ‘bad’ luck.
If the wind blows East or West it’s easier to ‘grab’ the wind.
And you actually believe your luck is improving!
Ok, so?
The problem is when you go the same direction as the wind.
It’s relatively easy to get where you want to go.
But the speed is usually very, very slow.
You try so hard to go where you think the wind is blowing…
and wonder why you have the results you have.

]]>It helps smooth the way, Grease the wheels, Oil the machinery, etc.
Ok so?
Well, there are many, many other ways to do this.
A smile,
A joke,
A rest break,
A change of subject, etc.
All of these help smooth the way.
If you have trouble getting things done easily
maybe you need to ‚bribe‘ those around you…
with a smile, a break, a joke, etc.
Too easy?
Note: Last week in Dalian, China, I put my shoe and my watch on the table while negotiating.
I made my point and reduced the tension at the same time.
True, that takes some practice, but it does show the idea above is valid.
(And inspired this Mental Doodle.)

]]>I realize this and have stopped trying to do useless things regarding this situation.
I play games instead.
Sudoku, in fact.
Ok, so?
Well, Sudoku is a fairly predictable and controllable game.
It is divided into Easy, Medium, Hard, etc.
And I time myself on how long I take for each.
Since I got it at Christmas I’ve played for almost a month now.
Yet my times during this stress period are about 20% worse /slower than at other times.
Sudoku is not a very hard game.
20% slower is lots!
Next time you are under stress realize just how much you are being affected and don’t add that worse score to your already stressed situation.
Lighten up on yourself just when things are at their worse.
And, yes it is easily done when you consider the things you do are at least 20% off from what you normally do.

]]>I must wash my hands before eating = Barrier
When camping you would get very hungry!
No eating at drive-ins. etc.
Our Filters define us whereas our Barriers limit us.
Ok, so?
The other day I went to work without realizing I had not combed my hair.
I smiled because that Barrier (I ‚always‘ comb my hair) just became a Filter.
Allow these simple things to happen and other ‚unexpected‘ things follow.
Especially good if you want to progress faster than you already are.
Too simple?
Everything is simple. It’s the cumulative that works wonders. (See # 176 „1 – 2 – 3„)
