14 Eliminating Triggers

Some memories are of experiences still painful to remember.
A past embarrassment, a fear, a jealousy, being put down in public, etc.

Here’s how to stop being ‘triggered’ by these unwanted memories:

Bring one to mind (An easy one, to start!) and proceed to see it from many different points-of-view:
How it’s funny
How it’s sad, in a way.
How it’s ironic
kind
loving
and so on

Afterwards, you’ll still see it as it was and in these new ways.

This combination neutralizes the trigger and transforms the unwanted event /memory into simple data.
