So, why did you do it?
Because you did not know you would regret it.
Because you did not have the experience.
So you could not know you would then regret it.
Which means you learned something.
How does one learn anything?
By doing.
Then, the odd time you look back and Regret, say „Look what I have learned here.
I did not know this. Now I do.“
‚I learned‘ rather than ‚I regret.‘
Because, truly there are no regrets.
Or errors, or mistakes, or…
Again, if you actually knew, you would not have done that.
So they are all learnings.
No Regrets.
To reinforce this, read at least 2 below:

]]>OK, so?
A person with one foot in a bear trap discards all solutions that don’t get them out of that trap.
They mark those solutions as no good, non-effective, useless, etc.
Once out they think they have no solutions to other problems in their life.
But they do!
They have a bunch of ‘discarded’ solutions.
Discarded because they
are not effective to the bear trap problem.
Also discarded were the solutions not effective for previous problems that also needed subconscious input.
This adds up to a LOT of useful solutions when applied to other problems.
To neutralize the „no good, non-effective, useless, etc.“ conclusion which created a Filter that prevents these solutions from coming to mind, realize that you most likely already have the solution to a current problem and allow for it.
The ‚allowing‘ neutralizes the Filter.
Once again, too easy?
Then you definitely need to read at least # 280.

]]>Fusion means to join, become part of.
So to be in Confusion means to not be able to join the new part with the old.
The ‚old‘ is everything you have ever seen /heard /done.
It has formed a bunch of conclusions.
When the new input does not fuse /join the old it simply means you have drawn the wrong conclusions and now is the time for review.
If you live with a faulty conclusion you will act accordingly. ie: Faulty.
Confusion is good because it points to a specific place to change /improve yourself.
Do this each time you get confused and one day you will look back and wow yourself.

]]>Mental Pushups & Sit-ups prepare you for Situations.
Mental = Solving problem’s as if they were yours.
A friend and I would always try to ‚improve‘ the restaurant while we waited in line.
(Hmmm, maybe if they cleared the tables faster, or presented the bill faster, etc.)
Carefully write an email / Facebook comment / report as if it were very important.
And so on.
Your physical Body Language actually changes and you look /broadcast more & more confidence.
This is very attractive when you meet new people, are interviewed or evaluated for a promotion, etc.
Some people do Mental Pushups & Sit-ups automatically.
Others need to start this.
You?
Try it!

Then they magically become Perfect.
Otherwise you would not forget that they may currently be in a bad mood.
Or afraid they may be next to be criticized.
Or just had a fight at home.
Or…
Well you get the idea.
Are they always astute and neutral in every evaluation of you?
Again, you get the point. Right?
People are not perfect even when they criticize, mock or deride you by words or looks.
Next time you validate someone (ie: defend yourself or feel bad), realize you are the one who just made that person Perfect.

]]>
Is God someone who ‘needs’?
Because, if you need something, you obviously lack it in you.
And have a desire to get it. And a willingness to negotiate.
“I promise to adore you every week for one year IF you make my son well.”
Also, why would He need to trade what He can so easily give with a wave of His hand?
Billionaires set up foundations to GIVE away their money, because they have so very much of it. They simply want to know that it’s not going just anywhere. That would be throwing it away. Yet there is no Barter, no trade, just a one-way thing.
They give, you get. Period.
Presumably God has an abundance of, well, everything!
So why does it seem normal to have to ‘trade’ instead of just ask.
Just ask.

Then it progresses to Half the time produces Double the results.
Then it gets interesting!
Because it now progresses to Half of that time producing Double those results.
And so on, until I can visit just once a month for 3 or 4 days and get enormous results.
I know you know this.
So why hesitate just because you don’t know the first thing about what’s presented to you?
Too much work?
Only at the very beginning!

Can you help me clean it up?
Sure.
And he starts mopping the water.
Then he notices the tap is still running in the sink. And the sink is overflowing.
Hey, shouldn’t you close the tap first?
No, that’s not the problem. I’ve had the tap on before and it never caused a flood.
Well the drain is blocked.
Yes, well I’ve had a blocked drain before and it never caused a flood either.
Please stop talking and help me clear this water.
Do you then stop talking and help this person?
Why not?
The same thing applies to you and what is happening to you.
You must first verify the source of the problem. And stop that.
Once the source is stopped, it’s just a matter of time and effort.
Ignoring the source and ‚hoping it will go away‘ is not the solution.

Sooo, if you stop you guarantee you will not see what to do /where to go from here.
Keep going and, from a new place, you will then see where to go or what to do next.
Don’t stop.
