As I launch this new company, I remind my Partners why we will surely succeed.
Because we can spot our errors /mistakes and correct them before they ‘kill’ us.
Because when I make a mistake it’s not all-of-me making that mistake.
Only part-of-me.
The parts that walk, talk, remember birthdays etc. are NOT making that mistake.
If I think all-of-me is making the mistake then I proceed to defend myself.
My total self.
When, in actuality, only a so very small part-of-me is making that particular mistake at that time.
And the moments before and the moments after that mistake, are not a mistake,
so I am also only making that mistake for a brief part-of-time.
When you think: all-of-me is making a mistake seemingly all-the-time…
Remind yourself: It’s only a small part-of-me in a brief part-of-time.
It’s true, and much easier to handle.

Parce que nous pouvons cibler nos erreurs et que nous pouvons les corriger avant qu’elles ne nous ‘tuent’.
Parce que lorsque je fais une erreur ce n’est pas le tout-en-moi qui fait une erreur. Seulement une partie-de-moi.
Les parties qui marchent, parlent, se souviennent des anniversaries, etc. ne font pas ces erreurs.
Si je pense que le tout-en-moi fait l’erreur, je vais alors me défendre.
Mon soi total.
Lorsque, en réalité, il n’y a qu’une très petite partie-de-moi qui commet cette erreur-là à ce moment-là.
Et les moments avant et les moments après cette erreur ne sont pas une erreur, alors je ne commet cette erreur que pour une brève partie-de-temps.
Lorsque vous pensez que le tout-en-moi commet une erreur apparemment tout-le-temps…
Souvenez vous que c’est uniquement une petite partie-de-moi dans une courte partie-de-temps.
C’est vrai et beaucoup plus facile à gérer.
