Mention one thing and its opposite also comes to mind, …automatically!
You ‘know’ Good, because you compare it to Bad. (Consciously or not, it’s the Up/Down Law at work!)
You compare Hungry to… etc.
This Automatic Balance, is why ‘programming’ your self often doesn’t work.
“I am good.” activates its Automatic Balance: “I am Bad.”
And nothing happens, either way.
Ok, so?
This wording sidesteps your Automatic Balance:
“I am good and it’s OK to be good for as long as I choose and I choose always because there are no things that make me feel not-good.”
Now, construct a similar type affirmation using the subject of your choice.
(Definitely incorporate Doodle # 470 Then it’s Real.)
“I continue to improve my music recitals (Hmmm, that’s true, actually.) and it’s OK to improve as long as I choose (“True!”) and I choose to always improve (“Yes!!”) because there is no thing that can make me not-improve.” (Absolutely correct!)
That’s it!
It’s interesting we have to neutralize one of our finest traits to get what we want.
