You smile as a reflex… after being happy, not before.

you can use your body to re-wire your Brain…

When you (man or woman) stand in a ‘Wonder Woman’ pose —

Hands on hips, legs slightly apart, spine erect, shoulders relaxed, head straight, eyes fixed ahead —

for… two minutes (!)

your testosterone will go up 20%

and your cortisol will drop by 25(Ref: Harvard Univ. Amy Cuddy 2012)

 

Again, so?

Testosterone is associated with Self Confidence.

Cortisol, with Stress.

 

This is the easiest and fastest (120 seconds!) way to increase your Self Confidence and lower your Stress that I have ever come across.

And, it literally re-wires your physical brain as a cumulative result.

Somewhat like learning to ride a bicycle.

Then your brain takes over and does it for you.
