Coke and Pepsi are where they are because of each other.

Not in spite of.

Many years ago I started a ‘Psychic’ Fair.

It soon expanded to many cities across Canada.

Five years later someone solicited every exhibitor at my Fair to have a booth in their Fair.

Six weeks before mine.

I went to that Fair and asked the exhibitors if they would like to be at mine, six weeks from now.

Flush with success, they almost all said yes.

Added to the ones I already had, it was my largest Fair ever with 104 exhibits. (Normally 75 – 80)

And the largest attendance. (A spill-over from their advertising.)

I never considered 2 Fairs a year because I thought it would be too much.

The ‘competition’ proved me wrong.

From then on we held two fairs in each city.

And more than doubled our income.

You have heard of Coke and Pepsi, right?

Look for your key to success in your next obstacle.
