Do it

461 Sum Total

People trigger each other with things that, when taken separately, are quite irrelevant.

Each person ADDS what happens to their previous events and responds from their Sum Total.

It’s a straw that breaks the camel’s back. It is just one more event /straw but, when added to those already there, proves to be the triggering one.

Ok, so?

Same with you. You do not react to any one stimulus, you react to the Sum Total of all stimuli you ever had in that subject. So while one person has no background and accepts this current stimulus as itself, you ‘add’ it to your total, …and act according to that Sum Total.

It’s easy to understand with children and seniors, but not so easy when interacting with people who have experienced any dramatic recent event.

Again, so?

Rather than act the way you ‘normally’ do, ie: based on your Sum Total,

Start from scratch.

Go slow.

Get feedback as you continue.
