464 Scream & Yell

This one really, really works and is very simple.

 

When you have something that you are mad about and the ‘mad’ just doesn’t seem to go away.

Or you really resent something or somebody.

Or, …well, you get the idea, anything you want to eliminate that just doesn’t let go of you.

 

Have I mentioned it’s really simple and works… really, really works?

 

Keep that one situation in mind, and only that one.

Go somewhere no one can hear you. (Woods, basement, bathroom, etc.)

Scream, Yell, work up a lather, rant, rave etc. about that one thing.

Do this for only a couple of minutes, but really let yourself go!

 

Repeat once a day (at most!) until the desire to Scream & Yell about that one thing is no longer there.

Surprise! Your unwanted feeling is also no longer there.

 

It’s that simple, and really works,

BUT

only when you actually do it!

(In this case doing the ‘mental’ equivalent takes a tremendous amount of time.)
