You can easily achieve this state of relaxation by counting to 10 s l o w l y.

If you can’t do this without interrupting yourself, just start over.

 

Brush teeth then count to 10 s l o w l y.

Get into the car then count to 10

Before you get out of the car count to 10

Just before eating count to 10 (Food then actually tastes better!)

Just before a meeting count to 10 s l o w l y.

Get it?

 

Take 10 seconds to train yourself to relax and have a calm approach to, well, almost everything!

 

When do you think you are at your best?

When you are anxious, worried, nervous?

Or when you are calm and relaxed.

 

Count to 10  s l o w l y.  

When it’s easy, we think it’s not effective.
