335 Stress

The past week has proven stressful for me because most of what I am trying to do is out of my control.

I realize this and have stopped trying to do useless things regarding this situation.

I play games instead.

Sudoku, in fact.

 

Ok, so?

Well, Sudoku is a fairly predictable and controllable game.

It is divided into Easy, Medium, Hard, etc.

And I time myself on how long I take for each.

Since I got it at Christmas I’ve played for almost a month now.

Yet my times during this stress period are about 20% worse /slower than at other times.

 

Sudoku is not a very hard game.

20% slower is lots!

 

Next time you are under stress realize just how much you are being affected and don’t add that worse score to your already stressed situation.

Lighten up on yourself just when things are at their worse.

And, yes it is easily done when you consider the things you do are at least 20% off from what you normally do.
