253 Just-in-Case

Survival depends on being totally ready for what ‘might’ happen.
Specially, if it’s an animal who might attack at any moment.

 

Seeing animal tracks and knowing its attack pattern is not good enough.
By the time you actually see the animal, it’s usually too late.
So you have a system that monitors your thinking.
If you think an animal ‘may’ be nearby, you prepare /tense just-in-case.
Then when it attacks, you’re already prepared to act /react.

 

These days we have a far more complex situation …with the same system inside us.
When you think of what you owe, or worry if a loved one is safe or…
your system responds to your thinking /thoughts and tenses you up, just-in-case.

 

Hence high blood pressure, tension, inability to sleep and so on, are mostly created by your own thoughts /thinking.

 

Just in case.

 

OK, so?
Here’s a simple way to make this system work for you.
Take a moment, sit somewhere and imagine your big toe can be ‘unscrewed’.
SLOWLY unscrew it and watch the fluid /tension SLOWLY drain out of your body.

 

This system works both ways, why not use it to your advantage.
