Do it

491 Always Yes/No

I’m planning my new house.

I start with absolutely everything I could possibly imagine in it. (Why not!)

I quickly eliminate anything more than a 3 car garage. (I don’t ‘collect’ automobiles)

However…

My wine cellar can hold so many wine bottles that the cumulative weight is … 18 tons.

(At 50 pounds per wooden case of 12, that’s over 700 cases!)

Needless to say, the next day I cut it down to 300 cases.

How I decide:

I create my absolute highest desire, with NO other considerations.

I sleep on it and then review it to see if I still want it.

Then I act accordingly.

If I Always say Yes (or No) my response is based on my programs, not on what I want.

Ok, so?

Continue until there is something outrageous…

that you decide to keep.

Or something absolutely ‘normal’…

that you decide to eliminate.

Then you know the previous ones were acted upon ‘properly’.

The IMAX theatre I plan for my basement… stays!

Seems appropriately outrageous to me.

Now I know the rest of the house is planned properly.
