Do it

463 Mirror, Mirror…

The whole saying is:

Mirror, Mirror, on the wall,

Who is the fairest of them all?

OK, so?

This is a 30 second exercise you can do in your bathroom each time you ‘visit’ it.

The results are really spectacular. Completely disproportionate to the 30 second effort.

This involves Honesty, NOT Positive thinking!

The ‘bathroom’ idea is key to this. You DO go to the bathroom about twice a day, usually in the morning and in the evening. Repetition is what makes this work so well.

Look into the mirror,  take   your   time.

Take a deep breath and, as you slowly exhale, really, really look at your self in the mirror and say out loud:

         I   like   you…

LOOK directly into your eyes, really, really look!

         I   like   me  today…

Be honest. How much of that is true?

         I   like   me…

A little, a lot?

Do this every time you see a mirror in a bathroom. That’s usually when you are alone. You need to be alone for this to work.

When you agree with – I like me a LOT –  then change it to:

         I always like me

When that is true change to:

         I love me today, then

         I always love me

When that is true change to:

         I respect me today

         I always respect me.

Thirty seconds each session is all it takes, but every time you see a mirror in a bathroom.

Too Simple? (Thanks to Louise Hay for the idea)
