Everything is true.
For a time.
Right now as I write this, it’s night time. And that’s true … for a few more hours.
Then it’s not true.
I’m not hungry. And that’s true, for now. Soon it won’t be true.
I’m good at certain things, and bad at others. And that’s true too.
For a certain amount of time.
Certainly the number of things I’m not good at changes as time goes by.
What was true becomes not true, over time.
It is Spring /winter etc. and that’s true, for a certain amount of time.
Even saying the sun is radiating, is only true for a few billion years.
Why then do you remember all your ‘truths’ and live as if they never change.
Possibly you worship your truths rather than see if they’re still true.
One of the more startling things I’ve learned is the mind can and does heal itself!
Think of some fears you had when younger that are no longer true. Fear of the dark, of heights, etc. See?
From now on when you encounter your own truths, rather than automatically adjust yourself to them, take a closer look to see if they still are truths. You might be surprised.
