A Genie appeared and said to Man,
“I can give you anything you want. I have unlimited power. Let’s start with your favorite meal. What do you like?”
So Man describes his favorite meal. And looks forward to it with great anticipation.
And Genie says, “OK that’s what you get for dinner tonight.
In fact, I’ll make sure you get it every night.”
Within a short period of time Man asks Genie to change the meal. “I thought it was your favorite.” Well, yes it was. But too much of the same and it’s no longer true.
“OK” says Genie, “What do you want.”
And Man describes yet a different meal.
And soon, yes, he tires of that one, too.
After many, many tries Genie finally says, “I’ll grant you just one more wish. You better make it a good one.”
And Man says, “I want Free Will. Then I can choose what I want, when I want.”
“Oh, and make that true for everything in my life.”
You have free will, why are you choosing to have the same life every day.
Day in and day out.
Why not change at least one of the once-great-but-now-boring routines you have.

hi George,, just occasionally browsing your mentale doodles ,i must say its like going to the gym for your mind,, good mental workout,, even for and open minded skeptic like myself, … you mention in some of you doodles FREE WILL , AND MIRACLES, I often wondered if we have free will or just the illusion of it we do have immediate limited free will for our survival but on a higher level ,,,again if i did miss this one on so called miracles instead of mystery please correct me when mysteries cannot be explained they quickly graduate to miracles but perhaps in the case of your doodles they are used for a mental exercise and for lack of better words,, if thats the case then it makes sense and i wood stand corrected anyway george i do find your mental doodles WELL DONE,,,, THANKS WITH ALL AFFECTION AND ZEAL DAVE ………………….
