397 Nothing to Nothing

You enter the Theater and go up to the balcony.

It’s dark. No one is there.

Soon a watchman enters and turns on some lights.

Then the orchestra arrives and tunes their instruments.

People start coming in. By ones and by twos.

Eventually everyone is there, seated, anticipating.

The curtains open, the play begins.

It is excellent.

You laugh, you cry.

Then it ends.

Standing ovations all around.

Everyone finally leaves.

The watchman turns out the lights.

It’s dark.

No one is there.

From nothing to nothing.

OK, so?

Because of what you experience in between the nothings, you are more.

Get more involved. Allow more experiences. Hesitate less.

Remember, Life has no remote, you have to actually do it.
