How hard we work planning a Party!

And really pay attention to every detail.

Almost cold and calculated.

 

Yet we have fun when it’s happening.

 

OK, sooo?

Well you can actually ‘plan’ your fun /happiness too.

Without throwing a Party.

 

When you feel low /depressed etc.

Simply think of three different things /events that made /make you smile.

Hold each thought for one or two seconds.

That’s it.

It takes a while to ‘train’ your mind (sic: Prepare for the Party)

but soon enough your mind is doing this by ‘itself’

Artificial happiness?

No more than your Party.
