It makes no difference.

None at all.

If the light is out for one second or one year it makes no difference in the effort required to turn it back on.

If you have been mad at someone for a short or long time, it’s the same effort to change that situation.

We think about the number of things that have happened since the lights went out and somehow assume that is what we have to deal with and it’s too much. Yet all we are seeing is the effects of the situation and not the cause.

Ignore the effects.

Look at the cause.

Strip away all the results and really look at what fundamentally caused the situation in the first place.

Reverse that.

And it’s over.

One second or ten years makes no difference.

None at all.
