Disaster is not disaster

UNTIL you consider your RESPONSE to the event.  

 

Heading towards a wall at high speed is NOT a disaster

IF you can respond by applying the brakes.  

 

A growing argument is NOT a bad evening, (again!),

when you consider you can choose your responses.  

 

Else, why respond that way!  

 

When you see the pattern starting, it’s NOT a disaster about to unfold, unless you actively contribute to the pattern with your responses.  

 

Your power lies in your choice of responses.  

 

Choose responses that give your desired outcome rather than react to an obvious start of an all too well known pattern. Again.
