235 Ball Bearings

You know what they are.

They are the tiny things that make the machinery work.

Without keeping them oiled things screech to a halt.

Literally.

In human terms, the oil is a smile, a thank you, an apology.

Smile too much, apologize too much and you add too much oil onto your Ball Bearings.

Things do NOT go better because you under /over do the oil.

They actually go worse.

When you want things to improve

STOP what you are doing and ask yourself:

Do I need to ADD or LESSEN (yes, lessen!) the amount of oil this time?
