Take turns rather than always be the one to Ask or Speak.

Even in an interview.

Are you married? Children?

How much education do you have?

etc.

Goes much better if after they answer, you say:

I have two children myself.

No need to elaborate. Just to speak.

Annnd, if you always Speak, take time to Ask.

(For Speakers, that’s hard.)

Simple and very rewarding in its effect!
