Do you?
Or do you ‘believe’?
All too often I Know should really be I Believe.
“I Know I can’t.”
Becomes
“I Believe I can’t.”
Believe you can’t – know you can’t – fact you can’t
OR Don’t really want to.
You would be surprised how many times “Don’t really want to” is more accurate!
Next time you start the process called I Know I Can’t
Substitute “I don’t really want to” and check your feelings.
Then act accordingly.
