459 Just One

Have trouble getting what you want?

– Want to Exercise?

– Write a book?

– Slim down?

 

While I was intending to write my book (Silent Partner) I ‘incidentally’ started these Mental Doodles, once a week.

That was all.

One per week.

At first it was easy and quick.

Eventually I ran out of obvious thoughts / insights and had to search for each new one.

It is now 459 Doodles later.

 

That’s   almost   9   YEARS !

 

Ok, so?

Do just one pushup in the morning and one in the evening.

Soon you will say, heck I might as well do a second one. And so on.

Warning: Do not immediately try to do more, or as many as possible. You will succeed, as always, and within a short time you will be back to …wanting to exercise, as always!

 

Floss just one tooth…

Walk around the block just once, but fairly quickly.

Write just one paragraph every day.

 

You get it.

Now, actually … Do It.

But just once!
